We primarily look at brownfield sites and buildings whether or not they require clearance and/or demolition as well as sites overlooked by other developers. While our sphere of operation is primarily within London, the Home Counties and across the South of England, we will however look further afield when notable opportunities arise.

Mayfair 500 will acquire sites from 4 units up to several hundred either on a subject to planning basis or unconditional where a planning consent is already in place. We can acquire sites suitable for private sale, affordable housing, commercial uses or mixed tenure. We acquire sites in and around London and all the home counties and throughout the central south down to the south coast including Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex. Effective introductions will always be recognised and we will work closely with landowners and their advisors to keep them appraised of progress in an open and accountable way.
